Benchmark Monday! http://www.cascadecrossfit.com/blog.php?id=8242 We are continuing our quest to complete Benchmark WODS every Monday...and today will be no exception:)

Fight Gone Bad:

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Everyone did a great job on Jackie yesterday!

Cody killed it with a time of 7:25, and after the workout Dan rowed 500m in just under 1:30!

 

 

The Bear Complex:


1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push-Press

1 Back Squat

1 Rack-press/jerk


Complete this rotation 7 times through without dropping the bar.  You must complete 5 rounds of 7 rotations.  take 1 minute between each round of rest.  Each time you drop the bar prematurely it will equal 7 burpees which are to completed at the end of the workout! Weights will be assigned on an individual basis, GOOD LUCK!
