After tons of help from all of the trainers, between today’s and yesterday’s successes, officially I too can do muscle ups. I have been working for months on these. Thanks guys.
I can validate Kyle’s muscle ups. Three unbroken and it looked like he wasn’t even trying.
Yay Kyle!! I think we need a group shot at the end of June with all the new Muscle-uppers.
