
Great job on Kelly yesterday. Brutal workout!! Those who are on our Biggest Loser Challenge…KEEP IT UP! We are hearing and seeing a bunch of you who are doing awesome and seeing amazing results! We are all so proud of you for hinkering down, getting strict, and sticking with it! Like I said before, you will never regret the effort you put into getting healthy and getting your body where you want it to be! We have two more weeks until our final weigh in, so don’t give up!

Im ready for my before pic now (typed while eating a nice paleo apple crisp, covered in heavy whipping cream).
